Matthew Molesky: Lead Pastor
Pastor Matthew and his wife, Susan, have been married for 32 years and have a family of six children. They love Thursday date nights together each week, often enjoying the company of good friends, good food, and lively conversation. They are both avid readers, and also enjoy curling up on the couch to take in a light-hearted or thought-provoking movie. Their home has long been a place of welcome and refuge, as Susan is remarkably gifted in cooking and hospitality.
After a career in the corporate world, Matthew was called into pastoral ministry. His passion from the beginning has been to help people inside and outside of the church know more of God through his Word, growing one step closer to Jesus. And he considers his calling to feed and care for the souls of God’s people the most sacred of joys he could possibly be granted. He’s a brand-new downhill skier since moving to Salida, and he also enjoys writing, golfing, hiking, and spending time with family and close friends.
George Hill: Associate Pastor
George Hill has been serving at Grace Church since May of 1998, first as Youth Pastor and now as Care & Discipleship Pastor. George received his Camp, Recreation, and Youth Ministries degree from Judson Baptist College in Portland, Oregon and has completed his Masters degree in Counseling from Adams State University. George enjoys doing anything with his family, follows the Colorado Rockies and is recently trying to improve his golf game. George and his wife Julie were married in May 2023. George has 3 grown sons, two of whom are married. Tyler and his wife, Chelsea, live in Colorado Springs. Josh and his wife, Heaven, live in Minneapolis. Keanu lives in Salida.

Jim LaCroix: Associate Pastor
Jim LaCroix has been serving as the Children’s & Student Ministries Pastor since September 2016. Prior to that he served as part-time Church Administrator since January 2014. Jim’s passion is to free up pastors from as much administration as possible, to help them to become the leader, teacher, and shepherd God has called them to be. Besides working for Grace Church, Jim also leads Young Life in Salida. When not working, Jim loves to camp with his family, golf, fish, or just be outside somewhere in the sunshine! Jim and his wife Nancy met at Bethel University in St. Paul Minnesota, and were married in 1989. Nancy works part-time for NL Moore & Associates as a research associate. Nancy loves beaches, reading, and family time. Jim and Nancy feel incredibly blessed to be the parents of Sarah and Rebekah, two great ladies!

Tim Ball: Youth Director
Tim is our resident Brit, who married a Texan and moved to Salida to join Angela and her 4 children, and is now our Youth Director. Tim grew up in a Christian family, with both parents heavily involved in church ministry, so it comes as no surprise that both Tim and his younger brother Michael have followed in their footsteps.
Before moving to the USA, Tim had been a missionary in Central Asia, working primarily with the local church and with the local creative community. Before his time in Central Asia, he had been a trainee minister at Christ Church Liverpool while completing his Graduate Diploma in Theology. Tim has a passion for church ministry, which shows when he leads us in worship on a Sunday, but above all, he has a passion for God’s word and for people to really know Christ in a life changing way. As well as the work he does with our youth and young people, Tim gives ministry support, especially with technology, as well as overseeing various aspects of our Sunday morning Music Ministry.
Jessica Weeks: Family & Children’s Ministry Director
Jessica Weeks has been serving Grace Church since February 2015, first as Sunday Morning Coordinator, and now as the Family & Children’s Ministry Director. Prior to joining Grace Church, she taught at Christian elementary schools in Salida and in Lynchburg, Virginia. Jessica received her Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies and her Master’s degree in Elementary Education from Liberty University. She enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. Jessica and her husband Mike were married in June 2007, and have two sons, Crispin and Aidan, and a daughter, Anna Kate.

Diane Treat: Office Administrator
Diane Treat has attended Grace Church since 2012 and has served as a worship leader since then. Diane received her Bachelors degree in Music Therapy from CSU Fort Collins and met her husband, Jim, during that time. They have been married for 36 years and have three grown children: Jonathan, Jamie and David. She has taught private music lessons for 20 years for drums, guitar, piano and voice. Diane enjoys songwriting, recording music, gardening, baking, four- wheeling, biking and walking their dog, Cooper.
